The villa

With its clean lines, green wall and swimming pool, Villa Dar Syada will delight visitors in search of serenity and authenticity. This contemporary-style private villa has 3 comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms. The building, which opens onto the outside, is the perfect place to enjoy a moment of timeless relaxation with family or friends, not far from Marrakech.

The Kasbah

At Kasbah Dar Syada, the vibrant terracotta of the building blends harmoniously with the green of the lush gardens. With its 9 air-conditioned rooms, some of which have private terraces, this friendly, intimate building offers guests a breathtaking view of the sumptuous Atlas Mountains. The establishment has a swimming pool and patio. At the Kasbah, you can relax and enjoy a suspended moment, listening to the discreet sounds of the waterfall.

The Cottage

Beldi chic and intimate, the charm of Dar Syada Cottage is sure to please. Designed in the spirit of a Riad, this cottage can accommodate up to 8 travellers in its 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, decorated in a harmonious blend of modernity and traditional craftsmanship. Guests can enjoy the natural coolness of the patio after a few lengths in the private pool of this luxurious Moroccan pavilion.

The Berber tent village

Experience the nomadic Berber way of life for a change of scenery just a few kilometres from Marrakech, while enjoying the comfort of our 5 tents in the Berber Village of Dar Syada. The fully-equipped caïdal tents are nestled in a garden where white roses compete with olive and palm trees. This intimate setting is perfect for getting away from it all for a few nights.
